Program Mentors
Our mentors help students currently enrolled in our Mission Ignite program, ages 10-14, to learn skills for growth and development. Mentors work with students in group and individual settings to help students learn and practice useful skills.

Innovate Strategies
Mentors are introduced to their mentee and arrange to meet with the mentee’s family first to understand the student’s situation and set goals and expectations.
Work with students 1 on 1 and in group settings. Mentors meet with students twice each month, once for a group session, and then again for an individual setting.
During group sessions students will focus on a skill to learn. After each group session, the mentor will meet with the student for an individual session to further develop the skills they’ve learned.
