Each of our programs are designed to cater the needs of our students by age group. For each age group, we outline learning and development objectives and work with our program advisors and mentors to create activities, events, and workshops to help students grasp concepts and apply their knowledge.

Students age 10-15 start in our Mission Ignite program to learn foundational skills that help them succeed academically. Students also participate in a variety of activities and events to help them explore and develop their interests.
Upon entering their sophomore year of high school, students participating in The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) Program will begin planning for college as they learn their preferred career path. The goal of our TFI program is to empower students to plan their career goals.
During their senior year of high school, after students receive college acceptance letters, they transition to our Persistence Program which helps them enroll and prepare for college. Students receive continued support through their freshman year of college so they feel inspired to push for their dreams and goals.
